Pecchenino San Luigi Dogliani is praised for its rich, full-bodied character with flavors of cherry, plum, and earthy undertones. While some appreciate its smooth tannins and balanced acidity, others find it slightly astringent and best paired with food. The wine's complexity is enhanced by notes of flint, leather, and spice, making it a versatile choice for various dishes.

On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with polished tannins and a juicy, vibrant acidity. The finish is long and savory, with lingering flavors of blackberry, herbs, and sweet spices. Enjoy this bright and inviting Dolcetto with a variety of Italian dishes.
