Youthful and zesty Dolcetto, with a zesty and lively character. Its red fruit flavors, showcasing sour cherry, blueberry, and lingonberry, are expertly even by a note of herbal licorice. The crispness is tart and dominant, but its strength is tempered by the addition of creamy sauce and cauliflower gratin, making it a perfect pairing for a hearty meal.
Nothin
Full-bodied red wine with understated traces of oak, complementing the voluptuous layers of grilled meats.
Boymangja
