A evolved and interesting wine with a rich, earthy character, featuring nuances of cherries, cranberries, and a gentle woody undertone. The lasting impression is dry and slightly astringent, with a dash of smokiness and a lingering cedar flavor. in contrast the acidity is sharp, the wine's best pairing is with food, uniquely fresh ingredients. Its youthfulness is evident, and it's recommended to consume it within a few years to fully appreciate its nuances.

Pecchenino San Luigi Dogliani is praised for its rich, full-bodied character with flavors of cherry, plum, and earthy undertones. While some appreciate its smooth tannins and balanced acidity, others find it slightly astringent and best paired with food. The wine's complexity is enhanced by notes of flint, leather, and spice, making it a versatile choice for various dishes.
This red wine from Italy’s Piedmont region is a great example of the Dogliani DOCG. Aromas of ripe cherry, blackberry, and currant mix with earthy, herbal notes. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with polished tannins and a juicy, vibrant acidity. The finish is long and savory, with lingering flavors of blackberry, herbs, and sweet spices. Enjoy this bright and inviting Dolcetto with a variety of Italian dishes.
