This Paxton MV Shiraz is a full-bodied red wine with ripe blackberry and plum aromas, accompanied by notes of dried herbs, cedar and leather. On the palate, it has a deep, velvety texture with a bright acidity, and flavors of blackberry, plum and blueberry. The finish is long and spicy, with hints of licorice and forest floor. A great example of McLaren Vale Shiraz, this wine is sure to please.

Paxton MV Shiraz is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile with flavors of blackberry, chocolate, and plum. It features a smooth texture with well-integrated tannins and a long finish. While some appreciate its complexity and versatility with food, others find it unremarkable. The wine's organic and biodynamic credentials are noted, and it pairs well with robust meats.
