Nandile
Delicate and subtle wine with a light gold hue, featuring tiny pearls that add a touch of elegance. The color is reminiscent of young yellow and white fruit, with a racy and clean quality that's perfect for sipping on its own or pairing with lighter fare. The wine is dry and mineral-driven, with a understated close that leaves a enduring impression. Overall, a delightful and easy-drinking wine that's sure to please.

Paul Bara Extra Brut Champagne Grand Cru 'Bouzy' is praised for its delicate, subtle nature and light gold hue. It features tiny pearls and a racy, clean quality. While some appreciate its dry, mineral-driven profile and understated finish, others may find it too subtle. It's well-suited for sipping alone or with lighter dishes.
A luminous pale gold in the glass, this Grand Cru Champagne from Bouzy exudes an elegant bouquet of crisp green apple, lemon zest, and freshly baked brioche, underscored by a delicate minerality. On the palate, the wine is impeccably structured, showcasing a fine, persistent mousse and vibrant acidity that harmonizes with its nuanced flavors of quince, chalk, and subtle almond. The finish is long and precise, with a whisper of salinity that speaks to its terroir. This Champagne exemplifies the finesse and complexity of Bouzy, offering a benchmark expression of Extra Brut style.
