Watse
The nose is refreshing and inviting, with a elegant blend of fresh apple and citrus notes. The flavor is smooth and refined, with a soft tropical fruit whisper and a bold buttery texture, accompanied by a soft floral nuance.
Lieske
Close second to 2016, but requires more time to fully mature. The 2018 vintage was warm, with subtle flavors of flint, lemon, pear, honey, and peach, accompanied by a nuanced tropical note. The nose is straightforward, with a primary still character, but the palate is where the wine truly shines, with superb tension and acidity. A undertone of toast emerges after the wine sits in the glass, adding strength and complexity. The conclusion is long and satisfying, with an interesting salt note lingering in the background. A solid effort, but one that needs further development to reach its full potential.
Gherris Antony
Clean and zesty wine with a crisp, dry, and elegant taste, precisely suited for sipping on its own or pairing with a variety of dishes. A pleasure to drink now, with a delightful lasting impression that resonates pleasantly.
