Lisen
Bold and concentrated wine that flawlessly complements the tender filet mignon, with a soft yet rewarding body that elevates the dish to new heights. The black and red fruit accents are a masterclass in balance, but the pepper and licorice whispers add a sophisticated nuance. This wine is a true showstopper, not for the faint of heart, but for those who demand the best.

Symphony of tastes unfolds on the palate, with the sweetness of raspberry and cherry mingling harmoniously with the subtle tang of cola and the nuanced essence of rose petal. The tail is long and fruity, leaving a smooth aftertaste of cherry and a nuance of tartness. The tannins provide a firm yet pleasant structure, making this wine a joy to savor and a pleasure to drink. As it ages, its sophistication and body increase, revealing a bold and satisfying finish. A true delight for the senses, this wine is a must-try for anyone looking to indulge in a truly stellar tasting experience.
Karsalux
The robe is a rich, dense purple hue with nuanced pink undertones. Its nose is adorned with a refined seamlessness of vegetable notes, but a sweet and zingy overtones linger on the palate. The initial mark is surprisingly approachable, with a cohesive blend of strawberry, rose petal, plum, blackberry, pepper, and milk chocolate. The tannins, however, add a light creaminess, evoking the smoothness of Coca Cola. A pairing with homage duck and goat cheese pizza proved a gratifying match, with the wine's structure complementing the dish's deep flavors. A repeat try is highly recommended.
