Oak Farm Albariño 2023

Oak Farm Albariño is a white wine produced by Oak Farm Vineyards, a family-owned winery located in Lodi, California. The wine is made from Albariño grapes grown in the estate's vineyards, which benefit from the region's warm days and cool nights. Albarino is known for its ability to retain acidity, making it a good choice for the warm Lodi region. While it has a riper fruit expression than Spanish Albarino it still has the tell-tale acidity and refreshing style. The winemaking process involves gentle pressing of the grapes and fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine's fresh and vibrant character. The resulting wine is crisp and refreshing, with notes of citrus, green apple, and tropical fruit. Oak Farm Albariño is a perfect match for seafood, salads, and light pasta dishes, making it a versatile and enjoyable wine for any occasion.
