Novelty Hill Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold, full-bodied red with notes of dark fruit and spice. On the nose, it has a bouquet of ripe cherry, currant, and blackberry, with a hint of pepper. On the palate, it has a juicy texture with balanced tannins and a long finish. Enjoy this wine with a hearty beef stew or a robust cheese platter.
