This Nino Negri Quadrio Valtellina Superiore is a wonderful Italian red with a beautiful complexity of aromas that combine to create an amazing and unforgettable experience. Aromas of ripe dark cherry, dried fig, and hints of chocolate are backed by an earthy, forest floor-laced minerality. On the palate, this wine is full-bodied and structured with a powerful tannic backbone that beautifully frames and lifts the dark fruit flavors. The finish is lengthy and tantalizing with a lingering hint of spice. Enjoy this wine with roasted meats and game dishes.
