Mariaky
Colour that is almost tangerine in hue, with a vibrant and lively appearance that belies its surprisingly light and faint character, given its 15% alcohol content. The palette is remarkably even, with a multitude of touches emerging, offering bruised apple, butterscotch, honey, lemon, chamomile, and Bosc pear skin, all of which add to the wine's enticing complexity. A gentle tannin strength adds depth and structure, though its evolution over a few days only serves to heighten its interest and unpredictability. A truly unique and captivating example of biodynamic and oxidative winemaking.
