This Nickel & Nickel C.C. Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied, rich and velvety red wine. On the nose, aromas of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and plums are complemented by nuances of toasty oak and sweet spices. On the palate, the wine is well-structured with a nice balance of tannins and acidity. Notes of blackberry and dark cherry jam mingle with cedar, forest floor, and spice, followed by a long and persistent finish. Enjoy this wine with a grilled steak or roasted lamb.
