Bazza
Delicate pink salmon, elevated by the effervescence of the bubbles, which subtly heighten the olfactory profile of ripe strawberry and freshly baked Brioche. The brightness is harmonious by the impressions of watermelon, pomelo, and a trace of sweetness from red sugarcane. The length is moderate, with whispers of toast and red fruit lingering in the nasal passages. This traditional method Cava is well-suited for serving and pairing with a variety of dishes.
Ilje
A decent premium for those craving a familiar flavor profile, pear and cream soda offers a pleasant, if unremarkable, experience.
Tomeka Yurlin
Subtle and polished wine with a light effervescence, enhanced by the sweetness of rose hips and berries, during its elegant conclusion is outlined by floral notes.

Mont Marçal Cava Brut Rosado is praised for its delicate pink salmon hue and effervescent bubbles, enhancing aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and brioche. While some enjoy its dry, crisp finish and vibrant fruit flavors, others find it simple and unremarkable. Notable for its balance and refreshing acidity, this Cava is versatile for sipping or pairing with light dishes.
