This Cabernet Sauvignon presents a deep garnet hue, revealing its robust character. The nose is a sophisticated tapestry of blackcurrant, cassis, and hints of graphite, underscored by a subtle oak influence that introduces nuances of cedar and forest floor. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and impeccably structured, with firm yet polished tannins that provide a seamless framework for its concentrated dark fruit core. A vibrant acidity elevates the wine, leading to a lingering finish marked by notes of dark chocolate and a whisper of eucalyptus. This wine exemplifies the quintessential balance and depth of a classic Cabernet Sauvignon, promising both immediate enjoyment and potential for graceful aging.

Misfits And Mavens Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from grapes grown in the sun-drenched vineyards of California's Central Coast. The region's warm days and cool nights foster optimal ripening conditions, enhancing the wine's fruit concentration and balanced acidity. This Cabernet Sauvignon undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve its vibrant fruit character, followed by aging in a combination of new and seasoned oak barrels, imparting subtle vanilla and spice notes. The resulting wine is structured yet approachable, with flavors of dark berries, cassis, and a hint of oak, making it suitable for immediate enjoyment or short-term cellaring.
