Matanzas Creek Chenin Blanc is crafted from grapes grown in Sonoma County, where the cool maritime climate contributes to the wine's bright acidity and fresh character. The vineyard's location benefits from morning fog and afternoon breezes, which help maintain balanced ripeness. This Chenin Blanc is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its crisp, fruit-forward profile, showcasing notes of green apple and pear. The wine is designed to be enjoyed young, offering a refreshing and vibrant drinking experience that pairs well with a variety of dishes, from seafood to light salads.
