Amuse
A refined and elegant Pinot Noir with a bright and clean character. The brightness provides a nice balance, though the structure is well-balanced and refined. The wine is light-bodied and easy to drink, with a subtle effervescence that adds to its charm. The flavors of green apple and light cream linger pleasantly on the palate, making it a stonking pick for those craving a supple and friendly Pinot Noir.
Otws
Culinary delight that pairs seamlessly with a variety of ingredients, accompanied by salmon and caviar, pear, and is distinguished by a long, fresh, and distinct flavor profile.
Hopewell
Graceful and sophisticated wine with a delicate, elegant character, featuring a blend of pale pink and Chardonnay. The subtle nuances of brioche, cream, strawberry, raspberry, and yeast are expertly consistent by a hint of herbal freshness, accompanied by a clean acidity. Overall, a well-crafted wine that displays the best of the PN and Chardonnay.
