Marcel Servin Chablis Grand Cru 'Bougros' 2022

Marcel Servin Chablis Grand Cru 'Bougros' 2016 is praised for its clean clarity and crisp finish, with a rich, nuanced character that is elegant and refined.

This Chablis Grand Cru 'Bougros' from Marcel Servin is a masterclass in precision and minerality. Its pale straw hue is a prelude to an aromatic bouquet of flinty minerality, white peach, and a whisper of honeysuckle. On the palate, the wine reveals a taut structure, with vibrant acidity seamlessly interwoven with notes of green apple and lemon zest. The chalky texture and saline undertones underscore its grand cru pedigree, leading to a long, crystalline finish. This wine exemplifies the finesse and complexity expected from the esteemed Bougros vineyard, making it a benchmark for Chablis connoisseurs.
