Marcel Servin Chablis 1er Cru 'Montee de Tonnerre'

Marcel Servin Chablis 1er Cru 'Montee de Tonnerre' is praised for its racy and clean profile, with a blend of zest and fruitiness. While some appreciate its bold, full-bodied nature and subtle minerality, others enjoy its elegance and sophistication. The wine is noted for its golden color and supple finish, making it a delightful choice for special occasions.

This Chablis 1er Cru presents a luminous pale straw hue, revealing a bouquet of flinty minerality interwoven with white blossom, green apple, and a whisper of lemon zest. On the palate, it showcases a precise and linear structure, with vibrant acidity that underscores its steely core. The mid-palate unfolds layers of wet stone, subtle almond, and a hint of saline, characteristic of its esteemed terroir. The finish is long and poised, echoing the wine's mineral complexity. A quintessential expression of Chablis, this wine exemplifies the finesse and purity expected from the Montee de Tonnerre vineyard.
