Rich, mellow wine with a deep garnet hue, highlighted by a delicate cranberry and raspberry nuance. The taste is well-balanced, with a cohesive medium body, gentle acidity, and a gentle undertone of alcohol. Upon decanting, the wine reveals bright strawberry and raspberry notes, followed by a lingering high tannin presence. After a brief period of aging, the tones unfold with strawberry, cranberry, and tobacco, accompanied by a even tannin presence. The aftertaste is of measured length, featuring a warm, cooked red fruit and a delicate undertone of tobacco.

Voss Experts4.5

This Langhe Nebbiolo presents a luminous garnet hue, indicative of its youthful vibrancy. The nose unfolds with an intricate bouquet of red cherries, dried rose petals, and a hint of anise, underscored by a subtle earthiness. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, showcasing a refined structure with firm, yet polished tannins and a refreshing acidity that carries the flavors seamlessly. Notes of wild strawberry and a whisper of licorice emerge, leading to a lingering finish with a touch of minerality. This wine exemplifies the elegance and finesse characteristic of Nebbiolo from the Langhe region.

What the web is saying

This Nebbiolo offers a complex profile with red fruit flavors like cranberry, raspberry, and plum, balanced by gentle acidity. While some praise its food pairing and evolving notes of forest floor, others find it overly tannic and dry. The wine's structure is noted, with high tannins mellowing slightly with decanting or aging.
