Wonseob
I've grown to appreciate this wine's nuances over time. It benefits from being chilled to perfection. A light cohesion of pear, pineapple, and cream, with a delicate accent of perfume, is enhanced by its medium brightness and subtle finish.
Marteinn Fergon
A harmonious union of Xinisteri and Chardonnay, with citrus accents that flawlessly complement the wine's crisp acidity.

Makarounas Boutique Winery Aerides is praised for its elegant and lively profile, featuring flavors of green apple, pineapple, citrus, and pear. While some appreciate its mellow and silky texture, others highlight its vibrant and lively nature. The wine's balance and subtle finish are consistently noted, making it a versatile choice. However, its medium intensity may not appeal to those seeking a more robust experience.
Makarounas Boutique Winery Aerides presents a luminous straw hue, unveiling a bouquet of ripe apricot, white peach, and a hint of honeysuckle, underscored by a subtle minerality. The palate is elegantly structured, showcasing a harmonious interplay of vibrant acidity and a creamy texture, which accentuates its stone fruit core. Nuances of almond and a whisper of wild herbs add depth, leading to a lingering, saline-inflected finish. This wine exemplifies the finesse and precision characteristic of its terroir, offering a compelling expression that will captivate both seasoned palates and those exploring the nuances of Mediterranean whites.
