Yosuan
Wine that left a resonant impression, despite its flaws. The pale straw color is a good starting point, but the nose quickly reveals a deep array of pear, peach, and floral notes. The impression is fresh and crisp, with a mix of floral and fruity undertones that are both appealing and overpowered by a lingering bitterness. The finale is long and bitter, leaving a continuing impression. A wine that may not be to everyone's taste, but certainly one that will be remembered.
