Lyrarakis Assyrtiko Voila Vineyard is praised for its vibrant citrus and mineral notes, with a refreshing acidity and a hint of saltiness. While some appreciate its complex flavors of green apple, lime, and herbs, others find it lacks depth. The wine's crisp finish and versatility make it a popular choice for pairing with seafood. Overall, it offers good value and a delightful introduction to Greek white wines.

On the palate, it is full-bodied, with an intense and crisp acidity, balanced by a subtle sweetness. The finish is long and aromatic, with hints of citrus and tropical fruits.
