Lunaria Civitas Pecorino

Charming winery that embodies a full connection with nature, as evidenced by the adorable little 🐿t that greets visitors. The Pecorino from Abruzzo is a bracing and crisp wine, with a note of grassy flavors and a symphony of citrus flavors. The zest is lively, with a minerality that adds depth and complexity. whereas it's a classic wine, it's not for everyone, and I'd rate it 3.5 stars. The winery's commitment to sustainability is evident in its use of natural methods, and I appreciate the effort. As someone who's not a fan of these creatures, I'll be returning to this winery, but I wouldn't rush to give it a full 4 stars.

Crisp and lively wine with a lively and zesty character, precisely refined by its nuanced nuances of citrus and fruit. The ending is long and satisfying, leaving a satisfying aftertaste. A great quality for the price, with a intense and well-rounded flavor profile.

Vibrant and accessible summer wine that ideally balances its sweetness with a crisp, high-acidity profile, highlighting a citrus-forward character with soft accents of orange blossom and melon, making it an excellent option for large gatherings.
