This Muscadet presents with a pale straw hue, offering a bouquet of sea spray, green apple, and subtle white blossom. On the palate, it is a masterclass in precision and minerality, with a saline edge that underscores its vibrant acidity. The lees aging imparts a delicate creaminess, balancing the zesty citrus and underripe pear notes. The finish is brisk and refreshing, with a lingering hint of wet stone.
