Fiorini

The wine's clear bright straw glow is elevated by a green tint, evoking the freshness of a spring morning. The nose is distinguished by a clean, yellow shade nostalgic of a ripe pineapple, with a playful wisp of honey. On the palate, the wine displays a bright citrus and orchard fruit profile, with a lively lees note that adds a sour dimension. The ending is medium in viscosity, with a dry, medium-complexity mouthfeel and a high brightness level. Overall, the wine's polished liveliness and fruit-forward character make it a compelling elite for those pursuing a crisp, bracing option.

Jocabeth

Racy and zesty wine with a predominantly citrus profile, featuring a dominant lemon character harmonious by gentle layers of green apple. The wine's acidity is well-balanced, with a refined linger that is rounded by the structure of minerals and a touch of saltiness.

Nata

Delightful merit for its price. A graceful pairing with scallops. I plan to consume more of this. refreshing and crisp, with a nuanced mineral undertone, distinct from the citrus whispers of Sauvignon Blanc or the richness of Chardonnay.
