Byungseok
Rich, full-bodied wine with a multi faceted nose that combines the sweetness of apples, the brightness of citrus, and the warmth of honey, with floral and toffee undertones adding richness and nuance. The bracing quality is well-balanced, and the ending is satisfying, with a hint of nuance that rewards multiple tastings. A excellent wine that is well-suited to pairing with a variety of dishes, notably those featuring seafood or salads. I was impressed by the similarity in style to Rias Baixas Albarino, and I would highly recommend it.
