Displaying a delicate salmon hue, the Lieu Dit Rose of Cabernet Franc captivates with its aromatic bouquet of wild strawberries, red currants, and a whisper of white pepper. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious interplay of crisp acidity and a subtle mineral undertone, characteristic of its Loire-inspired roots. The mid-palate is elegantly textured, offering a refreshing burst of cranberry and a hint of herbaceousness, leading to a clean, invigorating finish. This rosé exemplifies finesse and balance, making it a versatile companion to a variety of culinary experiences, while showcasing the varietal's potential in a rosé expression.

This rosé is crafted from Cabernet Franc grapes sourced from vineyards in Santa Ynez Valley, California, where the cool coastal climate enhances the grape's natural acidity. The grapes are harvested early to preserve freshness and are gently pressed to extract a pale pink hue. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks to maintain the wine's crisp, fruit-forward character. The result is a dry, refreshing rosé with bright notes of red berries and a clean, mineral finish, ideal for enjoying in its youth.
