Wine with a somewhat soft body, but with the freshness of berries and a whisper of oakiness, it was able to somewhat alleviate the comprehensively impression.

Le Grand Noir Cabernet Sauvignon presents a deep garnet hue, inviting exploration of its aromatic complexity. The bouquet unfolds with layers of ripe blackcurrant, cassis, and subtle hints of graphite, underscored by a whisper of cedar and forest floor leaf, indicative of its refined oak integration. On the palate, this wine showcases a robust structure with firm, yet polished tannins, balanced by a vibrant acidity that enlivens the dark fruit core. The finish is long and persistent, with nuances of dark chocolate and a touch of earthy minerality, positioning it as a commendable expression of modern Cabernet Sauvignon.

Wine that just right complements the voluptuous tones of a Shrimp and Asparagus Risotto
Opaschi Greiling
I'm not hesitant to say that French wine won't be with me...due to their taste...but it's great Full-bodied, fruity, bold, rounded...best bargain by far... ......probably the French will say, but I think it's fantastic....good body, fruity, red, well-put together,..the best cost effectiveness for the money.

Le Grand Noir Cabernet Sauvignon is appreciated for its full-bodied, fruity character with notes of berries, oak, and vanilla. While some find it a great bargain with a smooth finish, others report a decline in quality over time and a lack of exceptional complexity. The wine's versatility makes it suitable for pairing with various dishes, though opinions on its aroma and aftertaste vary.
