Lambert de Seyssel Petit Royal is praised for its crisp, refreshing character with green apple and mineral notes. While some appreciate its creamy texture and smooth mousse, others highlight its bracing acidity and dry finish. The wine's floral and citrus aromas, along with a subtle nutty aftertaste, make it a versatile choice for pairing with seafood or enjoying on its own.
This elegant sparkling wine from the Savoie region presents a pale straw hue with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is a delicate bouquet of white flowers, green apple, and a touch of brioche, indicative of its traditional method production. On the palate, it reveals a refined mousse with crisp acidity that frames flavors of pear, lemon zest, and a subtle minerality. The finish is clean and refreshing, with a whisper of almond. Lambert de Seyssel Petit Royal is a benchmark for those seeking a sophisticated alternative to Champagne, offering finesse and balance in every sip.
