This Champagne presents a pale straw hue with a persistent, fine mousse. The nose is an intricate tapestry of green apple, lemon zest, and freshly baked brioche, underscored by subtle mineral nuances. On the palate, it reveals a taut, linear structure with vibrant acidity that elegantly frames flavors of crisp pear and toasted almond. The mid-palate is marked by a chalky texture, leading to a precise, lingering finish with hints of saline and white flowers. This Extra Brut exemplifies the finesse and precision characteristic of the region, offering a sophisticated expression for discerning palates.

La Cuvée Alliances Extra Brut is crafted from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes sourced from premier vineyards in the Champagne region. The cool climate and chalky soils contribute to the wine's crisp acidity and mineral undertones. This Extra Brut style undergoes primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks, preserving the fresh fruit character, followed by extended aging on lees for added complexity and texture. With minimal dosage, it offers a dry, vibrant palate with notes of green apple, citrus, and a hint of brioche, making it an ideal choice for those who appreciate a refined, elegant sparkling wine.
