Ercole
Bracing and bright rosé, unveiling the best of both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with a refined pink tint and a lively effervescence. The flavor profile is well-balanced, featuring sweet and fruity layers of strawberry and raspberry, making it a delightful summer drink.
Kujivunia
Balanced blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with a nuanced seamlessness of fruit and acidity. The wine's gentle nuances of toasted biscuit and peppery spice add nuance and complexity, though the crisp raspberry and strawberry flavours provide a bright finish.
Stefanita
I find the brut Rosé to be a more graceful and elegant choice, with a gentle floral nuance and a hint of fruitiness. The brut MCC from L'Ormarins, on the other hand, is a more rustic and welcoming option, with a pronounced citrus and yeast character. and yet both wines are ideal for a celebration, I prefer the latter's more laid-back and festive vibe.

L'Ormarins Brut Classique Rosé is praised for its vibrant effervescence and balanced blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It features flavors of strawberry, raspberry, citrus, and biscuit, with a lively, refreshing finish. While some appreciate its elegant floral notes, others enjoy its rustic citrus and yeast character. Ideal for celebrations, this rosé is both sophisticated and approachable.
This elegant sparkling rosé from South Africa's renowned Franschhoek region presents a delicate ballet of aromas, with wild strawberry, rose petal, and a whisper of brioche. The fine mousse and persistent bead underscore its finesse, while the palate reveals a harmonious interplay of red berry fruit and citrus zest, supported by a backbone of crisp acidity. The wine's mineral undertones and subtle autolytic complexity contribute to a refined, lingering finish. L'Ormarins Brut Classique Rosé exemplifies the region's potential for producing méthode cap classique wines of notable quality and sophistication, making it a benchmark for South African sparkling wines.
