Voss Expert tasting note
The nose is an elegant bouquet of green apple, lemon zest, and delicate white florals, underscored by a subtle brioche complexity.

Delightful discovery in Cape Town, Fyn sparkling wine is a hidden gem. The colour is indeed darker than usual, and I was pleasantly surprised to find it to be a perfect match for toast and nutty flavours. The aroma is sweet and inviting, with suggestions of honey and raisin. A wonderful find, and I'm eager to return to this excellent wine.
Florbela
Middle-of-the-road wine with a straw-golden shade and a mousse that is neither sharp nor creamy. The nose is light and pleasant, but the taste is unremarkable and lacks depth. The close is short and uneventful, making it a decent but unexciting option.
Bringer Zicoschi
Lively and crisp wine with a elegant balance of nectarine and pear flavors, displaying the 2019 vintage and 4-year aging on lees.

Genevieve Blanc de Blanc Brut is praised for its refined and expressive character, with clean, rounded flavors and a lingering finish. While some find it lively and crisp with nectarine and pear notes, others feel it lacks depth. It features aromas of honey and raisin, and a nutty finish, making it a delightful discovery for many.
This Blanc de Blancs Brut presents a luminous pale straw hue with a persistent, fine mousse. The nose is an elegant bouquet of green apple, lemon zest, and delicate white florals, underscored by a subtle brioche complexity. On the palate, it offers a precise and linear structure, with vibrant acidity harmoniously balanced by a creamy texture. The flavors echo the nose, with an added nuance of chalky minerality that speaks to its terroir. The finish is crisp and refreshing, leaving a lingering impression of citrus and almond. A benchmark for those seeking finesse and purity in sparkling wine.
