Doenski Finz
Delicate, unfiltered wine with a light, strawberry-like colour. The nose is shaped by by juniper and a whisper of sourness, and yet the impression is shaped by red cherry and pepper notes, with a understated tanginess that lingers.

The tartness of the cranberry is perfectly consistent by a smooth, rounded texture, and yet the lingering flintiness adds a gentle body to the finish.
Kopp
The wine's color is a deep, rich garnet, with a understated pink appearance and clear edges. The nose is shaped by by strawberry, with a note of cherry, while the sensation reveals a more muted, darker fruit character. The tannins are round and approachable, complementing the soft grip of the stuffed cabbage rolls.
