Jaesung Lodewijkx
Rich, polished Cabernet Sauvignon with a deep, intense fruit profile, blended by soft subtle flavors of black cherry and berries. The smooth, silky grip and soft tannins make it a perfect pairing for poultry or beef, and its long close ensures it will remain a excellent value for years to come. A well-crafted wine that will continue to impress for another 5 years. 4.4 stars.

Jada Vineyard & Winery Passing By is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile with intense fruit flavors like black cherry and blackberry. It features a smooth, silky texture with soft tannins, making it versatile for pairing with meats and cheeses. While some appreciate its deep structure and long finish, others find the tannins slightly rough. Overall, it's a well-crafted wine with a complex flavor profile.
A deep garnet hue introduces this Paso Robles red blend, immediately captivating with its aromatic bouquet of ripe blackberries, cassis, and a hint of graphite. The palate is robust and well-structured, showcasing layers of dark chocolate, espresso, and a touch of black pepper, seamlessly integrated with velvety tannins. A vibrant acidity provides balance, leading to a long, mineral-laden finish with whispers of toasted oak and vanilla. This wine exemplifies the bold yet refined character typical of the region, offering both immediate appeal and potential for further development in the cellar.
