The Hudson Seashell Chardonnay 2018 is praised for its vibrant, fruit-forward character with a dry finish and light oak influence. While some enjoy its bracing nature, others may find it less appealing.

Voss Experts4.5

The Hudson Seashell Chardonnay presents a luminous straw hue, inviting exploration. On the nose, it reveals a sophisticated bouquet of ripe Meyer lemon, white peach, and a hint of honeysuckle, underscored by subtle nuances of toasted almond and wet stone. The palate is elegantly structured, showcasing a harmonious interplay of vibrant acidity and creamy texture, reminiscent of crème brûlée. A mineral-driven backbone supports the wine's complexity, leading to a lingering finish with whispers of citrus zest and a touch of saline. This Chardonnay exemplifies the refined balance and terroir expression characteristic of premium coastal vineyards.
