Significant departure from our usual expectations, this vintage has left us perplexed. We've sampled numerous vintages from 2006 onwards, and this particular bottle has consistently failed to impress. The overpowering eucalyptus flavor is a persistent issue, even in the presence of other wines. A recent visit to a high-end KC Plaza restaurant, where our Sommelier and General Manager concurred, has only reinforced our skepticism.

Harmonious blend of 4.8 and 5.0, with a rich, bold ruby hue. A light equilibrium of fruit and oak notes, tempered by refined tannins and a rewarding finish. A perfect pairing for a special occasion, such as an anniversary. Enjoyed on 23-Aug-2024.
