This wine presents a luminous garnet hue, indicative of its vibrant character. The bouquet unfurls with layers of ripe black cherry, cassis, and a whisper of dried herbs, underscored by a subtle minerality that speaks to its terroir. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious balance of velvety tannins and a lively acidity, providing a structured framework for flavors of dark plum, anise, and a hint of graphite. Lean summer wine with a bright yellow appearance and a captivating citrus nose, elevated by a mild whisper of honeysuckle. The sensation is well-balanced, with a mellow mouthfeel and a rewarding chalky minerality. The acidity is medium, and the tail is pleasant, making this a stellar offering for the price. A delightful Greek white that's perfect for warm weather.

Grampsas Paul's is a Greek white wine praised for its bright yellow color, citrus nose, and well-balanced, mellow mouthfeel. While some appreciate its chalky minerality and medium acidity, others highlight its full-bodied texture. The wine's pleasant finish and suitability for warm weather are consistent positives, though opinions on its body vary.
