Gönc Winery Anna Rosé is praised for its delicate and elegant profile, with flavors of strawberry, melon, and peach. It offers a crisp, dry finish and a refreshing, zesty character. While some find it a versatile and sophisticated choice, others note it lacks the standout quality of French rosés. Its mineral and floral notes add complexity, making it suitable for warm weather and various pairings.
A luminous, pale salmon hue introduces this elegant rosé, where the nose is a symphony of wild strawberries, red currants, and a whisper of rose petal. On the palate, it reveals a delicate balance of crisp acidity and a silken texture, underscored by a mineral backbone that speaks to its terroir. The mid-palate is enlivened by notes of white peach and a hint of citrus zest, culminating in a refreshing, lingering finish. This wine exemplifies the finesse and precision of modern rosé, making it a benchmark for those seeking sophistication and purity in their glass.
