This Rebula, hailing from the heart of Slovenia's Goriška Brda, showcases a brilliant golden hue with a slight amber edge, indicative of its skin-contact vinification. The nose is a complex tapestry of dried apricot, orange blossom, and a hint of almond, underscored by a subtle minerality. On the palate, it offers a medium-bodied structure with a vibrant acidity that elegantly balances its textural richness. The flavors unfold with layers of quince, honeyed citrus, and a whisper of herbal tea, leading to a persistent, slightly tannic finish. A quintessential expression of Rebula, it stands as a benchmark for the region's orange wines.
