Goldschmidt Vineyards Plus Yoeman Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Goldschmidt Vineyards Plus Yoeman Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is praised for its intense, full-bodied profile with dense fruit flavors like plum, blackberry, and black cherry. While some appreciate its polished finish and harmonious blend of vanilla and forest floor, others highlight its mild acidity and suitability for meat dishes. The wine is described as both refined and developing, with a long, satisfying finish.

This Cabernet Sauvignon from the esteemed Yoeman Vineyard presents a deep garnet hue, indicative of its concentrated nature. The bouquet unfolds with a symphony of blackcurrant, cassis, and graphite, underscored by subtle hints of cedar and forest floor, showcasing its classic Napa Valley lineage. On the palate, it reveals a full-bodied structure with velvety tannins and a core of ripe black fruits, seamlessly integrated with nuances of dark chocolate and espresso. The wine's vibrant acidity and mineral undertones provide a harmonious balance, leading to a long, elegant finish. A benchmark example of Napa Cabernet, poised for aging.
