Goldschmidt Vineyards Plus Yoeman Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Goldschmidt Vineyards Plus Yoeman Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is praised for its intense, full-bodied profile with dense fruit flavors like plum, blackberry, and black cherry. The wine is described as both refined and developing, with a long, satisfying finish.

This Cabernet Sauvignon from the esteemed Yoeman Vineyard presents a deep garnet hue, indicative of its concentrated nature. The bouquet unfolds with a symphony of blackcurrant, cassis, and graphite, underscored by subtle hints of cedar and forest floor, showcasing its classic Napa Valley lineage. On the palate, it reveals a full-bodied structure with velvety tannins and a core of ripe black fruits, seamlessly integrated with nuances of dark chocolate and espresso. The wine's vibrant acidity and mineral undertones provide a harmonious balance, leading to a long, elegant finish. A benchmark example of Napa Cabernet, poised for aging.
