A luminous, pale salmon hue introduces this Corsican rosé, exuding a refined bouquet of wild strawberry, white peach, and subtle Mediterranean herbs. The palate is elegantly structured, with a vibrant acidity that enlivens the core of ripe red currant and citrus zest flavors. A whisper of saline minerality underscores its coastal origin, while the finish is delicately prolonged with hints of rose petal and a touch of anise. This rosé exemplifies the finesse and complexity of Patrimonio, offering both immediate pleasure and the potential for short-term cellaring.

Beluli
Racy and crisp wine with a well-balanced profile, showing a elegant blend of notes and a dry finish. The nose is nostalgic of a Riesling, with flavors of apricot and peach, as the mouthfeel is rounded and smooth, with a nuanced dryness that lingers.
