This Gérard Bertrand An 825 Crémant de Limoux Brut has a bright, pale lemon hue and is full of aromas of white flowers, white peach and a hint of honey. The palate is full of ripe citrus fruit flavors and a hint of brioche. The sparkling wine has a fine, creamy mousse and is crisp and refreshing, with good acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish.
