Delightful discovery in Cape Town, Fyn sparkling wine is a hidden gem. The colour is indeed darker than usual, and I was pleasantly surprised to find it to be a perfect match for toast and nutty flavours. The aroma is sweet and inviting, with suggestions of honey and raisin. A wonderful find, and I'm eager to return to this excellent wine.
