This Frascati Secco is praised for its crisp citrus and apple flavors, smooth texture, and balanced almond notes, making it a refreshing choice for summer. While many enjoy its floral complexity and food pairing versatility, some find it underwhelming in aroma and depth.
This Frascati Secco presents a pale straw hue, inviting with its delicate bouquet of white flowers, ripe pear, and a hint of almond. On the palate, it offers a crisp, refreshing acidity that harmonizes with flavors of green apple and citrus zest, underscored by a subtle minerality typical of the volcanic soils of Lazio. The wine's light body and clean, dry finish make it an exemplary representation of the region's traditional style. Ideal for pairing with light seafood dishes or as an aperitif, this wine is a testament to the elegance and finesse of classic Frascati.
