Vibrant and vibrant CA Riesling from Santa Barbara, blending 95/5 Riesling and Gewürztraminer. The nose is marked by pale lemon hues, with aromas of green apple, lime, orange zest, and honey. The palate is similarly aromatic, with layers of apple, lime, and honey, accompanied by floral notes. The finish is short and clean, with a refined zest and medium body.

Firestone Riesling offers a vibrant and aromatic experience with flavors of green apple, lime, and honey. While some appreciate its crisp, clean finish and floral notes, others find it lacks the complexity of European Rieslings. The wine pairs well with various dishes, including risotto and Asian cuisine. Its balance of sweetness and acidity is generally well-received, though some note a short finish.
This Firestone Riesling showcases a bright, crisp palate of kiwi, tangerine, and white peach. The palate is perfectly structured with a mouthwatering acidity and a lingering finish. Its freshness makes it an ideal partner for grilled seafood or chicken dishes. Drink now, or within the next four years.
