Exhibiting a pale straw hue, this Erbaluce di Caluso reveals a bouquet of white blossoms, green apple, and subtle almond nuances, underscored by a distinct minerality. The palate is a study in precision, with vibrant acidity and a linear structure that carries flavors of pear, lemon zest, and a whisper of fennel. The wine's texture is both lithe and persistent, leading to a crisp, saline-inflected finish that speaks to its Piedmontese terroir. This wine exemplifies the varietal's potential for elegance and finesse, making it a noteworthy addition to any connoisseur's collection.
