Giacometto Bruno Erbaluce di Caluso receives praise for its mineral-driven profile and versatility in food pairing, featuring citrus, apple, and lemon notes with crisp acidity. While appreciated for balanced structure and refreshing quality, some note muted flavors or lack of tanginess. Reviews highlight both vibrant fruit characteristics and occasional over-ripeness concerns across vintages.
