Evergreen Sauvignon Blanc features a citrusy and slightly sweet aroma with tropical fruit notes. Some find the alcohol presence nuanced and sophisticated, while others might find it overpowering.
Displaying a pale straw hue with a glint of green, the Evergreen Sauvignon Blanc opens with an aromatic bouquet of freshly cut grass, zesty lime, and subtle passionfruit, underscored by a hint of wet stone minerality. On the palate, it reveals a vibrant acidity that is both refreshing and precise, carrying flavors of green apple and gooseberry with a whisper of elderflower. The wine's medium body and crisp, clean finish are indicative of its cool-climate origins, making it a quintessential expression of Sauvignon Blanc that aligns with the classic styles of Marlborough or Sancerre.
