Voss Expert tasting note
This Elouan Chardonnay offers a beautiful nose of white flowers, citrus, and a hint of honey. The palate is full-bodied and creamy, with flavors of ripe apple and pear, rounded out by a touch of spice and a long, buttery finish.

The inclusion of oak, apple, apricot, and acacia in this blend is a deliberate choice, intended to evoke a sense of rustic, earthy warmth. The apricot and apple add a touch of sweetness, and yet the acacia provides a subtle, herbal undertone. The oak, meanwhile, contributes a rich, woody depth. Together, these elements create a complex, nuanced profile that is both soothing and invigorating.
Stefanita

Evs

Elouan Chardonnay is praised for its elegant balance of fruit and oak, with notes of apple, apricot, and citrus. While some find it creamy and rich with vanilla and spice, others describe it as crisp and lively. The oak influence is subtle, adding depth without overpowering. Overall, it's considered a versatile and satisfying choice, though some find it straightforward.

It's a great expression of classic Chardonnay, and its well-balanced acidity makes it an excellent food wine.
